The Ryukyu Kenpo Kobujutsu Kai (琉球拳法古武術会) is an Association of Dojo teaching Ryukyu Kenpo Kobujutsu as formulated by Jon David {pronounced D'veed} Natan, Shuseki Shihan (首席 師範), Hanshi, 10th Dan (十段 - Judan) Red Belt. As such, it sets the standards and requirements for its member Dojo. It acts as an umbrella organization for the advancement of its members; helping them to present a united front through "Gatherings", Seminars, and training camps. The Kobujutsu Kai promotes Dan ranks, grants Teaching and Dojo Licenses.

The Association is open to others interested in learning and teaching various aspects of Ryukyu Kenpo Kobujutsu. However, the Association requirement that, ALL members of an Association Member facility or Affiliate, MUST have Association membership cannot be waived. If you cannot insure this will occour, please do not apply for inclusion. All member facilities are expected to contribute in discussions, with ideas, and generally maintain contact with the other members.

Being as how we are members of a global organization, Seminars are a necessity in our training regimen. They, like our training, are at the same time painful and joyous occasions. The good, most times, far outweighs the bad involved with Seminars. Sensei D'veed teaches seminars. If you would like to host a seminar, even in the USA, weapons, self-defense, or other, please contact us via the 'Contact' page. Any proposals for seminars, trips or events, with Sensei D'veed, will be finalized with prepaid round trip travel arrangements and half of the agreed upon fees. Due to Sensei Natan's age and health, he now requires Kyoshi Yehoshua Kadosh to accompany him in order to assist him in teaching and traveling. Daishihan Kadosh's travel expenses are to be met in full.

When Natan, Sensei teaches, he is sure to explain the small details that are often left out of the instruction of many others. He makes sure that he has additional time with the host instructor, to insure that he is "ahead of the curve", and capable of assisting his students to apply and remember the material that was covered in the training sessions. This total commitment, to the quality of the instruction, is what is missing most of the time. This is why so many are so impressed by his knowledge and approach-ability.

Notice: All requests for Military Training Courses, MUST be accompanied by a Course Description to include: topics to be covered, length of time, and facilities available; filled out by the Unit Training Officer; and, permission to hold the course signed by the Commanding Officer.
